The product comes with no power cord. I ordered two from AJ Madison and after I realized there's no power cord, I call them back to order the power cord. The rep told me that they don't sell the power cord for this type of AC/Heater and she even told me I should not purchase anything in AJ Madison's online store without calling them first. She did give me Soleus's number 888-876-5387 although several tries yield no answer. They don't even know where you can purchase the power cord. Very frustrating. I guess it's like you bought a AC/Heater part and need to find the rest of the parts to get it assembled.
